Coach Kit competed for 4 years in Men's gymnastics in high school and then onto 4 years of college gymnastics with Lipscomb University. Coach Kit has coached in almost every aspect of recreational and competitive gymnastics for over 35 years. His favorite thing is to see the smiles on the faces of his athletes when a new skill is learned.
Outside the gym, Coach Kit enjoys camping and spending time with his lovely wife, his 3 children their spouses and 7 grandchildren!
