Men's Gymnastics Team

Men's Compulsory: Compulsory-level gymnastics helps to provide the skills and strength to progress to more difficult routines. Since all gymnasts perform the same routine, emphasis is placed on perfecting techniques and making the minor adjustments necessary to become a top-level athlete. The Compulsory levels include Level 3, Level 4, Level 5, and Level 6 gymnasts ages six and up.
The Men's Optional Team is for those left standing and begging for more after completing level 6. Let It Shine's Optionals Team performs at the highest levels in competitions throughout the Southeast and nationally. We've produced multiple National, State, and Regional Champions.

2021 Compulsory Coach of the Year
Meet our Men's Team Coach Jack Lee! Jack was a former competitor in Men's gymnastics at Let It Shine. In Jack's first full year as head coach he was awarded the Compulsory Coach of the year award by Tennessee USA Gymnastics. Congrats Coach Jack! ​
Additional Program Information
What are the costs associated with the team?
There are additional costs to competitive gymnastics aside from monthly tuition fees for training. A sum of money is collected at prior to the season starting to cover meet entry fees, coaches' fees, etc.
