Dress Code Policy
Let It Shine’s dress code is set up with your child’s safety in mind. As a family organization, we encourage an appearance that is not disruptive, distracting, or offensive.
Gym Attire

Girls should wear leotards or athletic clothing

Boys should wear shorts and a tucked-T-shirt

Gymnasts and campers must have midriffs covered at all times.

Bras covered, no two-piece outfits, no cropped shirts

Refrain from baggy clothing (interferes with spotting)

No jewelry, jeans, jackets, watches

Hair should be pulled back away from the face

Bare feet, no socks

*Athletic shoes for the Ninjastics Program & Cheer shoes for Tumble Program

There are cubbies where shoes, socks, jackets, etc. can be kept during class.
Summer Make-Up Policy
Let It Shine offers summer session make-up classes for students that have scheduled their absence at least 24 hours in advance. Simply call our office or submit the absence 24 hours in advance through the parent portal to receive your make-up token in your account.

Our Summer make-up policy is for the months of June and July only Make-ups are based upon availability and are not gauranteed. All Summer make-ups must be completed within the summer session.

Class Make-Up Policy
Let It Shine does not offer make-up opportunities for missed classes. Let It Shine will continue to provide Make-up classes when training is missed due to the business being closed. We encourage our athletes to attend their scheduled training time when possible, and appreciate your understanding. Thank you for training at Let It Shine and entrusting us with your child's athletic experience.

Class Trial Policy
A trial class is $20. Each student can attend one trial class per program based upon availability.
Please contact the office, 615-369-3547 after creating your Let It Shine family account to speak with us further about setting up a trial class.
Trial classes will be set up in our Beginner level classes. Your child also has the option to be evaluated by a coach to be placed in the correct class.

Class Cancellation Policy
Request to drop your class must be made with written notification via email to info@lisgym.com or by drop form delivered to our office. Requests via phone or through your coach will NOT be honored. Your child will remain enrolled in class and you will continue to be charged for that class until you provide WRITTEN NOTIFICATION. We do not prorate, credit or refund for classes not attended.

I understand that a 30-day written notice is required to terminate billing and I am responsible for payment whether or not my student attends classes until I notify this facility in writing to drop my student from class(es).
Camp Cancellation Policy
There are no credits or refunds for cancelled or unused camp days.

Summer Camp Change Policy
Rescheduling days are based upon availability, not guaranteed.

> Day of Change Fee - $35.00
> Day Change Fee w/ 24 hour notice - $5.00 per day
> Weekly Change Fee - $50.00
There are NO CREDITS or REFUNDS for cancellations and unused camp days.
Lost & Found Policy
Let It Shine Gymnastics is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please label everything. A great deal of towels, lunch boxes, water bottles, jewelry, shoes, shirts, swim suits and more get left behind daily. Due to the sheer volume of items that get left behind, we will donate all items left behind at the end of the week. Please make sure your child comes home with everything they bring and check the lost and found frequently.

Same-Day Registration Policy
When space permits, we allow same-day enrollment. Members & Non-members will be charged a $10 same-day registration fee for camp days, PM extended care, parents' night out, little shiners days, and me time days. This fee will also apply to registration requests made after office hours prior to the registered day.
