Clinics are held on Saturdays in the Tumble Gym, 2:15-3:45 pm. Spots fill quickly so be sure to register sooner than later! Be sure to check our calendar of events to check future dates!

Back Handspring Clinics
Everyone wants to learn a back handspring!
What better way to learn and achieve one than attending a 1.5 hour clinic dedicated to the technique and execution of a back handspring? Students will have multiple stations where coaches lead the way while covering the basics of tumbling, break down the back handspring in parts, set up amazing drills for muscle memory, and spot back handsprings. Cartwheel Clinics
A proper cartwheel is essential in gymnastics and tumbling for safety and skill progression.
Join our Cartwheel Clinics to focus on the technique and execution of a cartwheel. Students will have multiple stations where coaches teach the proper ways of performing a cartwheel by explaining terms and movements, spotting, and allowing plenty of stations that help gain muscle memory to each part of the cartwheel.
