Let It Shine's Pre Team program is based upon the belief that each athlete must have a strong foundation of basic skills, strength, and flexibility in order to advance safely into the competitive levels of gymnastics.

 The goal of Xcel is to provide gymnasts of varying abilities and commitment levels the opportunity for a rewarding gymnastics experience. The program allows a wide choice in skills to meet requirements so selection may be based on an individual athlete’s strengths.

Let It Shine competes under the rules and regulations set forth by USA Gymnastics Women's Development Program (WDP). The compulsory program consists of Levels 2-5. Each level is designed to help gymnasts attain the skills needed to become an upper level athlete.

The Let It Shine Women's Optional Team is for those left standing and begging for more after completion of the Compulsory levels. The Optional program consists of Levels 6-10.  Athletes train between 16 - 22 hours per week with the hopes of maximizing their potential.

Let It Shine competes under the rules and regulations set forth by USA Gymnastics. The Men's competitive team includes compulsory and optional levels.

This trampoline and tumbling teams competes locally, regionally and nationally.  We offer all competitive levels to athletes ranging from 3 to 18 years old.

Shining Stars is the Girl’s Recreational Team at Let It Shine. It is a great way to be a competitive gymnast with a smaller practice commitment and local gymnastics meets.
