Tots Camp is designed for ages 2-4.  During Summer Camp, they'll enjoy stations throughout the Tumble Gym and water play within their own dedicated space, including sprinklers!


FIVES CAMP age 5

Fives Camp is our brand new camp designed exclusively for five year-olds!  This will allow them to learn and play in a transitional space as they continue to grow through our camp program.  So far, it's been a blast!  During Summer Camp, they’ll enjoy stations throughout the Main Gym and water play with sprinklers and the slip n’ slide! 


BIG CAMP ages 6-12

Big Camp is for ages 6-12.  During Summer Camp, they’ll continue to enjoy water play on the slip n’ slide and the Mega Slide in addition to indoor camp fun in both of our gyms!

Camp CHANGE FEES

Rescheduling days is only permitted with 24 hour advance notice and is based upon availability, not guaranteed. CHANGE FEES APPLY.

> Day Change Fee w/ 24 hour notice - $5.00 per day
Weekly Change Fee - $50.00

*Change fees are due at time of registration and based upon availability. No exceptions.

> There are NO CREDITS or REFUNDS for cancellations and unused camp days.

Additional Information

> MEDICATIONS: For the safety of our staff and campers, all EPI pens and medication require a signed waiver and will be held in our office. Please clearly label medication with your camper’s name and visit the office upon or before arriving to your first day of camp to complete the necessary information.

> DISCIPLINE: All Camp Directors receive training in Trust-Based Relational Intervention.

>  Guardians will be informed of any disciplinary incidents at Sign-Out. If a significant situation arises, you may be asked to pick your camper up for early dismissal.

ILLNESS: Please DO NOT bring your child to camp if they have a fever or any other symptoms that may be contagious.

> If your camper becomes ill, the director of the day will assess their symptoms and use discretion in caring for their needs. If the director deems necessary, they will contact the number listed on your Let It Shine Parent Portal account.

> CANCELLATIONS: There are no credits or refunds for unused or cancelled days of camp.

> AGES & GROUPINGS: Campers are assigned to groups by age and therefore, grouping requests are not accepted. 

> For all camps, campers must be within the posted age range of the camp they are enrolled for on or before the first date they are registered to attend.

>Let It Shine reserves the right to correct any errors in registration according to this policy.

> SECURITY: Photo ID matching the guardian names listed at Sign-In is required for Sign-Out. Only listed names from sign-in are permitted to pick up.

What to bring and wear?

> Bring a lunch & water bottle.

> AGES 2-5: Campers must arrive in swimwear under athletic clothing. Pack a towel with extra comfortable clothes.

> AGES 6-12: Campers may wear comfortable, athletic clothing. Pack swimwear & towel.

> Wear slip on shoes for easy indoor/outdoor transitions.

> Label everything.

> Apply sunscreen prior to arriving.

> Electronics are not permitted.

LOST ITEMS

> >LIS is not responsible for any personal belongings left in our facilities. Anything that is found will be placed in our Lost & Found. Unclaimed items will be donated EVERY FRIDAY.

SAFETY

> Each day’s Camp Directors are USA Gymnastics Members who hold Safe Sport, Adult and Pediatric First Aid, CPR, AED, & CDC HEADS UP Concussion Certifications. Directors will respond to incidents throughout the day. If a significant situation arises, the director will contact the number listed on your Let It Shine Parent Portal account.

 

> All Camp Directors receive training in Trust-Based Relational Intervention. 2024 SUMMER CAMP GUIDE All coaches are CDC HEADS UP Concussion Certified and trained in gym safety protocol. You will be notified of any incidents involving your child during Sign-Out.

Sign-in & Sign-out

Camp Sign-In: (8:45 am - 9:15 am)

Please walk children inside and verify pick-up information.  Any Camper signed in before 8:45 am will be charged $5.00 per child for morning extended care.

Camp Sign-Out: (2:45 pm - 3:00 pm)

Photo ID required either matching guardian listed or name from sign-in for sign-out.  Any camper left after 3:15 pm will be moved into extended care and your account charged for same day extended care ($25.00)

Where do I go? 

AGE 5 Camper Sign-In and Sign-Out is located in the Main Gym, downstairs in our lobby. PM Extended Care Sign-Out is located downstairs in our lobby.

AGES 6-12 Camper Sign-In & Sign-Out is in the Main Gym, up the stairs in our lobby, to the left. PM Extended Care Sign-Out is located downstairs in our lobby.
