Inclement Weather Policy 

In the event of closure for inclement weather;

  • we will email you immediately using the email address provided in your parent portal

  • post a message on our Facebook and Instagram pages

  • post a message on our website 

  • post an announcement on the Channel 4 Snowbird report.

Please check these outlets before you call to inquire if we are open.  Please confirm your email on the parent portal is correct.  

 

If you do not receive an email, and do not see an announcement on all of the other outlets, we are open for classes as scheduled. 

In most cases, we will make a determination about morning classes by 8:30 a.m. the day of your class.   A decision will be made about all classes that start after 12:00 by 12:00 noon.
