Coach Debbie was a competitive gymnast for 13 years with Queen City Gymnastics in Cincinnati, Ohio. She has coached all levels of competitive and non competitive gymnastics, owned her own small gym and has worked for Let It Shine Gymnastics for 20 years and has been business manager for 10 years.

Debbie lives in her dream home with her husband and Springer Spaniel, Tikka. Her favorite place is to be outside, near the water, by the water or in the water! I Love to garden and mow.

Personal skill you use the most?
How to treat people. I learned so much about business from my Dad and Grandma while watching them in our family business.

Best Piece of Advice?
LISTEN more than you speak! It's hard. I still have to give this advice to myself often.
