Progression of Gymnastics - What's next?

Gymnastics progression

We serve all levels of Gymnastics from toddlers learning to walk, climb and roll. To our highly competitive team programs. Based on where your gymnast is, you may be wondering what is next for your child. Here we try to break that down for you.

Ages 12 months - 36 months: These tiny tumblers will love our Parent /Child program exploring different activities weekly at their own pace.

Ages 3*-6: Your Preschooler and Kindergartener have the option of two super fun classes. *These little athletes must be fully potty trained and independent in the bathroom to participate in classes.

Ages 4-6: Our Little Ninja class is great fun for our smaller ninjas who aren't as interested in a cartwheel as they are swinging from a rope.

Ages 6 - 12: We have several recreational classes to meet the needs of your child at this age. No gymnastics experience is required for any of these classes. You can start at any time based on class availability! These classes build in a progression of skills and your athlete will be recommended to advance to the next class when the minimum skill level is met. Click the class name to link to the class page for more information.
