What better way to learn and achieve one than attending a 1.5 hour clinic dedicated to the technique and execution of a back handspring? Students will have multiple stations where coaches lead the way while covering the basics of tumbling, break down the back handspring in parts, set up amazing drills for muscle memory, and spot back handsprings.
