School Year Camps
Our School year camps are high activity, fun days for your kiddos to enjoy while school is out. Let It Shine follows the Williamson County school calendar. and hosts camp during Fall Break, Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break, MLK Day, Mid-Winter Break, Spring Break, Summer Break and often for inclement weather where schools have closed .
Camp Hours & Ages
Camp Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
AM Extended Care 7:30-9:00 a.m.
PM Extended Care 3:00-6:00 p.m.
Pre Camp is for ages 3-5
*must be fully potty-trained
Big Camp is for ages 5-12
*5 year-olds must be enrolled or have completed kindergarten
Campers will have the time of their lives making friends while participating in theme-related games and activities on our gymnastics and ninja equipment, including trampolines, rope swing, warped wall, beams, bars, foam pits, & more!
Group activities include team games, relay races, & more! When weather permits, campers will have time to enjoy our playground equipment which includes swings, sidewalk chalk, basketball, bikes, and games in an open play recess-style setting.
Payment is required for enrollment and due at time of registration. There are no credits or refunds for cancellations or unused days. No exceptions.
Members: $65 | Nonmembers: $70
+$10 for same-day registration
Members: $300 | Nonmembers: $325
AM Extended Care
$5 per day/child
AM care starts at 7:30 am
PM Extended Care
$15 per day/child with advanced reservation
PM care ends at 6:00 pm
$25 for same-day registration if space allows
Daily Rate - Members: $60 | Nonmembers: $65
Weekly Rate - Members: $275 | Nonmembers: $300
Camp Sign-In & Sign-Out
Camp Sign-In: (8:45 am - 9:15 am)
Please walk children inside and verify pick-up information. Any Camper signed in before 8:45 am will be charged $5.00 per child for morning extended care.
Camp Sign-Out: (2:45 pm - 3:00 pm)
Photo ID required either matching guardian listed or name from sign-in for sign-out. Any camper left after 3:15 pm will be moved into extended care and your account charged for same day extended care ($25.00)

All PM Extended Care Sign-Out is located downstairs in our lobby
Please drop off any emergency medication in our office. A signed waiver must be on file.
Discipline: Guardians will be advised of any disciplinary incidents during sign-out.
Illness: If your camper becomes ill while at camp, you may be called to pick up your child. Please make sure you have an emergency contact on file.
Do not bring your child to camp with a fever or symptoms that could be contagious.
There are no credits or refunds for unused or cancelled days of camp
