Let it Shine is pleased to offer Camp Days when your kiddo's are out of school. During the School year, we follow Williamson County School's schedule for school closings.

CAMP HOURS:  9 am - 3 pm.

7:30 am - 9:00 am - Morning Extended Care 

3:00 pm - 6:00 pm Afternoon Extended Care 

Our Extended Care program is extra hours available before and after the camp day

 

FAQ:

1. How old can children be for Camp? 
Ages 3*- 5  are welcome in our Pre Camp
Ages 5 - 12  will love our Big Kid Camp
*preschoolers must be completely potty trained and totally independent in the bathroom. 
 
2.  My child is 5, should he/she enroll in Pre Camp or Big Camp?  
  • BIG CAMP is recommended If your child has completed Kindergarten.
  • If your child is in pre-K or entering Kindergarten in the fall, we recommend Pre Camp.
  • Only the camp director can approve a Pre Camper to move to Big Camp.  
  • Pre Campers have their own water play area.  They will NOT swim in the pool.
 
2.   What Activities will my children be doing?
All kids will do a variety of activities such as, trampolines, outside time, tumble track, obstacle course, zip line, group games, and much more!!   Students are assigned to age and gender groups at the beginning of the day and will remain with this group throughout the day.  They will rotate through the many activities carefully planned to keep your child active and involved.  Camp is fast paced, action packed and FUNtastic.  
 
3. How flexible is your camp?
Our camp is designed to be ultra-flexible!   Register for the days that work best for you,  there are no minimum number of days required. You must book your days in advance.  
 
4. What if my camper is ill or our plans change? 
If you camper becomes ill and cannot attend camp that day, you may reschedule with a Doctor's note.  You will not receive a credit to your account .
 
There is a $5.00 per child/per day change fee for days you wish to change days that have already been reserved.   
 
Please note, there are no credits or refunds for camp.
 
6. Can I bring my child to camp/ register on the same day
If space allows, same day registration is allowed. There will be a day of reservation fee added to regular camp charges.  
 
7.  Can I wait to add extended care?
Morning and Afternoon extended care SHOULD be reserved in advance, Space is limited. Same day extended care requests can not be guaranteed.  If space is available for afternoon care, the cost will be $20.00 per child versus $15 with advanced registration. 
 
8.  What is the Membership Fee? 
Membership Fee is required if and when more than 5 days of camp(per child) have been booked.  This only applies to Summer Camp.

7. What to Bring?
         Lunch,  Water Bottle, Snacks are provided
Vending maching $$
Extra set of clothes (just in case)
Fridays are Pizza Day, no lunch is needed!
*NO electronic devices are permitted (including i-Pods, cell phones & handheld games)
 
8. What to Wear?
Comfortable clothing, shorts/sweatpants and/or athletic clothing.  LABEL EVERYTHING!  
 
9. How do we handle children with allergies?
When you register for camp, please be sure to indicate specific allergies - especially food or environmental allergies.  When you check your child into camp for the day, please mention your child's allergies to our staff and your camper will be given a red allergy band with their specific allergy written on the band.   You are welcome to leave your child's Epi Pen or medication in our office, LABELED with your child's name on it.  We are NOT a peanut free facility, however, we will have a lunch and snack table specified to be peanut free. We will also make sure children with peanut allergies will get to sit with a friend that has a peanut free lunch!
 
10.  LOST AND FOUND POLICY
Let It Shine Gymnastics is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please label everything.  A great deal of towels, lunch boxes, water bottles, jewelry, shoes, shirts, swim suits and more get left behind daily. Due to the sheer volume of items that get left behind, we will donate all items left behind at the end of the week.  Please make sure your child comes home with everything they bring and check the lost and found frequently.

  This facility is not required to be licensed by the state as a child care agency.
