TRAIN LIKE A NINJA!

Our Ninja Warrior classes aim to offer children a fun yet rigorous, recreational exercise program! These activities are generated through swinging, balancing, and jumping amongst an array of platforms, equipment, and apparatuses.  Our gravity-defying courses also include a variety of general fitness activites, such as pull-ups, squat jumps, leg lifts, etc. We have obstacles directly based off of the American Ninja Warrior television series, as well as creating our own arduous collaborations. Our Ninja classes include both boys and girls, ranging from 6-12 years old. Come join us as we continue to build strength and agility alongside challenging and infamous obstacles, including but not limited to the following:

 

Warped Wall Cliff Hanger Quad Steps
Jacob's Ladder Horizontal Rope Climb Rope Swing
