The goal of the Ninja Warrior class is to offer a fun and challenging recreational exercise program generated around obstacles that focus on swinging, balancing, and jumping. General fitness training (pull-ups, squat jumps, push-ups, etc.) are often a part of the circuits as well. These classes run at one hour durations; and they offer obstacle-based training circuits. Classes include boys and girls, aging in approximate ranges of 6-12. Some obstacles are directly based off the American Ninja Warrior show, while others are an amalgamation of gymnastics and obstacle training.

Build strength and adjility with challenges and obstacles like:

  • Warped Wall
  • Cliff Hanger
  • Quad Steps
  • Jacob's ladder
  • Rope Swing
  • Horizontal Rope Climb
  • Rock Wall
  • Floating Rings
